1. Acceptance of Terms

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration procedures. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment upon the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Account Suspension and Termination

aah99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behavior toward staff or other players, payment disputes, excessive chargebacks, or if we determine that your continued use of the platform poses a risk to the Company or other users.

10.2 Communication and Notices

By registering an account with aah99, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messages regarding your account, transactions, promotions, and platform updates. You may adjust your communication preferences through your account settings, but certain transactional and account-related messages cannot be opted out of.

10.3 Severability
